This document establishes the rules that the donation platform "IDEASPONSOR.ORG", managed by Non-profit association IDEA SPONSOR, Bulstat 176636048, registered in the Register of Non-Profit Legal Entities at the Pleven District Court № 44/2013, registered in the register of legal entities operating for public benefit at the Ministry of Justice under No 20140224003, with headquarters and address of management: Republic of Bulgaria, town of Knezha, pk 5835, Pleven District, 106 Rayko Daskalov Street, represented by Petar Petrov., applies to the Users of the services offered by him but not only the following:

• Donate for campaigns
• Registration and management of a personal profile;
• Create a campaign
• Writing comments and messages.

Art. 1. (1) "IDEASPONSOR.ORG" collects and processes the personal data of the Users of the Services pursuant to Art. 4, para. 1, items 2 and 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act and in particular on the basis of the following:

• Explicitly received User Service consent;
• Implementation of the obligations of "IDEASPONSOR.ORG" to the Users under the service use contracts.

2) By accepting the general terms and conditions for the use of the service provided by "IDEASPONSOR.ORG", the Users expressly agree that "IDEASPONSOR.ORG" has the right to process their personal data, provided during the registration for use of the services.

(3) Art. 2. (1) "IDEASPONSOR.ORG" collects and processes the personal data provided by the Users for the purpose of providing the Services under the Contract with the Users, including for the following purposes:

• accounting purposes;
• statistical purposes;
• protection of information security;
• securing the execution of the contract for the provision of the respective service;
• resolving disputes between the User and third parties;

(2) "IDEASPONSOR.ORG" follows the following principles in the processing of the User's personal data.

• legality and good faith;
• precise definition of the purposes of the processing;
• relevance to the purposes of processing;
• accuracy and timeliness
• User consent for data processing.

Art. 3. (1) "IDEASPONSOR.ORG" does not collect or process personal data, and the Users do not provide personal data that relate to the following:

• reveal racial or ethnic origin;
• reveal political, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of political parties or organizations, associations with religious, philosophical, political or trade union goals;

(2) Paragraph 1 shall not apply in the cases under Art. 5, para. 2 of the Personal Data Protection Act.

Art. 4. (1) In the collection and processing of the personal data of the Users, "IDEASPONSOR.ORG" shall ensure a sufficient degree of protection in accordance with the development of the information technologies against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, unauthorized access, alteration or distribution and other illegal forms of processing.
(2) The users undertake to take due care of the storage and protection of the personal data upon their submission to "IDEASPONSOR.ORG".
(3) Users are obliged to keep up-to-date the personal data they provide to "IDEASPONSOR.ORG".

Art. 5. In cases where the personal data are received by the User to whom it relates, IDEASPONSOR.ORG is entitled to provide it, upon prior assessment of the necessity of the provision, in order to ensure the fair processing of the data with respect to the individual , on a case-by-case basis, the following information:

• the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data may be disclosed;
• the data on the mandatory or voluntary nature of data provision and the consequences of refusal to provide it;
• information on the right of access and the right to rectify the collected data.

Art. 6. "IDEASPONSOR.ORG" provides Users with access to the personal data collected during the process of registration for the use of the services.

Art. 7. "IDEASPONSOR.ORG" shall provide to the Commission for Protection of Personal Data, access to the registers kept by it and shall not prevent the control of the processing process.

Art. 8. (1) "IDEASPONSOR.ORG" shall provide to the public authorities personal data of the Users of the services upon an explicit written order and in the cases stipulated by the law and in a volume that does not exceed the purposes for which they were requested.
(2) "IDEASPONSOR.ORG" provides to the public authorities personal data of the Users of the services, including in the following cases:

• Art. 251c, para. 1 of the Electronic Communications Act;
• Art. 16, para. 3 of the E-Commerce Act;
• Art. 64, para. 1 of the Ministry of the Interior Act.

Art. 9. After the purposes of the processing of the user's personal data have been achieved, "IDEASPONSOR.ORG" destroys the data or transfers it to another data administrator, subject to the requirements of Art. 25, para. 1 of the Personal Data Protection Act.

Art. 10. (1) Users have the right of access to the personal data which concern them, by sending an application for electronic access to "IDEASPONSOR.ORG".
(2) "IDEASPONSOR.ORG" provides access only to the data relating to the individual data subject who has submitted the request for access.
Art. 11. (1) The natural person to whom the data relate shall be entitled at any time to request from IDEASPONSOR.ORG the following:

• confirmation of whether data relating to it are processed, information for the purpose of such processing, data categories and recipients or categories of recipients to whom data is disclosed;
• a message in comprehensible form containing the personal data of the individual being processed as well as any available information about their source;
• information on the logic of any automated processing of personal data relating to the individual.

(2) The person, whose data are being processed, shall have the right to request the actions under para. 1 free, at most once every 12 months.

Art. 12. The individual whose data is processed by IDEASPONSOR.ORG is entitled at any time to request from IDEASPONSOR.ORG the following:

• to erase, correct or block his or her personal data, the processing of which does not meet the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act;
  notify any third party to whom his or her personal data has been disclosed of any erasure, correction or blocking performed in accordance with the above sentence, except where this is impracticable or involves excessive effort.

Art. 13. (1) Requests addressed to "IDEASPONSOR.ORG" under this policy shall include at least the following:

• name, address and other identification data for the individual concerned;
• description of the request;
• the preferred form of information provision;
• signature, date of filing of the application and address for correspondence.

(2) When the request is filed by a proxy of the person, a notarized power of attorney shall be attached.

Art. 14. (1) "IDEASPONSOR.ORG" shall pronounce on the request of the natural person according to Art. 13 para. 1 within 14 working days of its submission.
(2) The term under para. 1 may be extended from "IDEASPONSOR.ORG" to 30 working days when a longer period is required objectively to collect all required data, and this severely impedes the activity of IDEASPONSOR.ORG.
(3) "IDEASPONSOR.ORG" shall notify in writing the natural person who made the request for its satisfaction or reasonably refuse the satisfaction of the request. The notification is sent by IDEASPONSOR.ORG to the physical person by mail with acknowledgment of receipt or personally signed.
(4) The lack of notification by IDEASPONSOR.ORG to the individual under this Article shall be deemed a denial.

Art. 15. The natural person to whom the data relate shall be entitled to the following:

• to object to IDEASPONSOR.ORG against the processing of his or her personal data, provided there is a legal basis for that; where the opposition is justified, the personal data of the individual concerned can no longer be processed;
• to object to the processing of his or her personal data for direct marketing purposes;
• be informed before his or her personal data are first disclosed to third parties or used on their behalf for the purposes of point 2, and given the opportunity to object to such disclosure or use.

Art. 16. (1) The individual agrees that "IDEASPONSOR.ORG" has the right to store information or access to information stored on the terminal of the recipient of the services "IDEASPONSOR.ORG" offers.
(2) "IDEASPONSOR.ORG" shall ensure that the recipient of the service can at any time obtain information about the data stored in the terminal. The individual concerned exercises this right by requesting by e-mail to IDEASPONSOR.ORG and by using an ID card.
(3) If the individual has not expressly objected to the storage of information or access to the information stored on the terminal, "IDEASPONSOR.ORG" shall have the right to do so without the express consent of the individual. The possibility of an individual to make the objection under this paragraph is available through the "IDEASPONSOR.ORG" Contacts page on the Internet.
(4) "IDEASPONSOR.ORG" does not provide an express opportunity for an individual to disagree on this Article in the case of the provision of an information society service explicitly requested by the recipient of the information society service.
